page reflection
b) I never thought I... would be able to turn what people see as vandalism into peaceful artwork in the community. I had doubts that the project would turn out this cool - I thought it would just be another lousy project. When I first started this project I didn't think this topic was suitable for a school project because graffiti is illegal and it is hard to put / protray graffiti in a positive way.
c) The things that were most difficult... I wasn't sure how I can turn my interest in graffiti into a project for shcool because again as mentioned before most people see graffit as vandalism - it was hard to get people's interest into my topic. My project worked out amazingly with some help and great ideas from peter and bonita
d) Here is a list of all the steps, in sequence, of how I accomplished this project:
1. explore and learn how to use Google Earth ... for example, I learned how to navigate the earth.
2. I learn how to formualte driving questions using Bloom's Revised Taxonomy
3. I brainstormed ideas and formulated my own driving question
4. I researched and gathered pictures and information from the internet
5. I reflected on my topic and my research and wrote a reflection of what I have done and my troubleshoots which led me into writing the text for my project
6. I uploaded my images to Google's Picasa but then rezlied RockYou was a better program then Picasa, and so I re-upload my photos to RockYou.
7. I put everything together into Google Earth using trail and error - the links, the text, the pictures
8. Once I had all the information into the placemark, I eleborated my work by customizing my placemark (from a Tack to a Spraycan). I also changed the background color to attract attention from the audience / viewers.

page resarch and gather
During my research I have discovered that there is a slim chance on finding any good artistic pictures on Google because there are not many to find so I have used my knowledge and gone to well known graffiti sites and found some awesome pictures, to use. I have good photos because they show the peaceful themes in a very artistic way. They symbolize bringing everything together for example there is a mural I have chosen with the fish all swimming together on the wall as an art form. The way I am organizing them now is by countries:

Colin's Final DAC
a) What changes did you make to the original images you used?
- I used my developed skills I have learned in photoshop and I have added the plastic wrap on top of the image.
b) What pleases you most about the technical quality of your work? Why? -That i am able to make the image I already like with my style on it. using the photoshop tools that I know.
c) What displeases you most about the technical quality of your work? Why? -The art I have enhanced is a little blurry making the black picture looking too clean, making it look like I added the image on top of it.
d) What new techniques or skills did you learn through the completion of this activity?
- To use the theme of two sides of the topic bad and good side of graffiti/art.
e) What message did you hope to convey in your collage, if any?
- To let other people think about the things they do not concentrate on or put into consideration on all day and add in another aspect of life into thier day.
f) What emotional response do you hope to elicit from your audience?
- I hope people look at this picture and think its ''cool'' then that makes others appreaciate my art.
g) What changes would you make to improve on this image?
- I would add more aspects of graffiti into the picture making it more of a collage/ abstract with all of the themes into it, but not making it too hard at the same time. Thats what I would do to my picture next time.

Digital Artist's Canvas Proposal
Here is what I learned during my research:
I learned that the meaning of respect and peace means alot to people everywere in different ways. I also found out that there is a big part of respect and peace that will make peoples lives more enjoyable.
Here are three ideas/topics that I have thought of:
1. police-Police keep the bad things away from us. Thier role modeling helps us learn to show respect and live in peace and equality.
2. helpfullness- When the primeminister campaings himself in elections he wants to show people respect for thier country and also advertising peace in thier country for people.
3. kindness- When people are kind to oneanother that shows respect for oneanother, making a good peacefull enviorment to live in.
The idea I have chosen to pursue is:
3. kindness- When people are kind to oneanother that shows respect for oneanother, making a good peacefull enviorment to live in.
